Description

In this focus program on the Keys to Build to Rent (BtR) you will learn the  basic concepts used in this new line of business , how  the developer, holder and operator contribute value to the BtR process.

Through the experience of the faculty in the sector, they will tell us about Build to Rent from a first phase that goes from the ground until the asset is completed, where it is vital to know the demand and design the product according to your needs, to ultimately a second phase enters into the operational part and management of the asset, being essential to guarantee annual profitability together with the phase of divestment of the asset, here the figure of property and facility management plays an important role, together with leasing or commercialization.

You will know what factors you have to take into account when facing a BtR project, from the investment decision to the disposal of the asset.
