A Course to become an Expert in Urban Planning and lead urban transformation processes

The Course/Expert Program in Urban Planning and Real Estate Developments (UDI) will give you a comprehensive strategic vision capacity to design the optimal urban development of each land in order to maximize the profitability of each operation. Our objective is to bring you closer to urban planning through experts with extensive experience in the public and private spheres, for optimal decision-making in the phases of the transformation process of each land, meeting the deadlines provided at all times.

Methodology of the Expert Course in Urban Planning and Real Estate Developments

TRAINING SESSIONS

In which the teacher will develop his subject and you can attend in person, streaming or online. In online mode, you will be able to access the videos, recorded in 4K, and the documentation of each of the sessions in PDF format through the virtual platform whenever you want and from wherever you want, being able to adapt the calendar to your needs. In person and streaming mode, you will receive the calendar once you formalize your registration. In this case, you will receive the documentation one week before each session.

PROJECT DEVELOPMENT

You will be able to develop the master urban plan of a land with what you learned during the Expert Program in Urban Planning and Real Estate Developments. The faculty will tutor you and advise you in its development.

The faculty, with extensive experience in the analysis of urban operations and land transformation, will be at your disposal for whatever you need.

Every year, in-person and virtual masterclasses are held, which you can optionally attend to learn first-hand about the latest developments in urban planning, in addition to promoting synergies, business opportunities and networking among students.

Registration process

1. Send registration

If you are interested, you must complete and send the registration before the deadline, indicating the modality and the reason why you want to participate in the Expert in Viability and Financing of Real Estate Projects program.

2. Place confirmation

The Program Director will contact you confirming your place reservation. If necessary, he will request the information he requires to confirm that you have the necessary training and experience for this program.

3. Formalize registration

Once you receive the email confirming your place from the Program Management, you will have to formalize the registration before the indicated deadline, sending by email the proof of the transfer and the payment method you choose.
